A live call lets us ask follow-up questions, hear how urgent the problem is and set a visit while you are still on the line. If your question is not urgent, you can also reach us by email and we will reply once someone is off an active call.
The line is answered 24/7. Rodents are often noisiest between dusk and dawn, and problems do not wait for business hours. Some visits can happen the same day, and we tell you plainly if the earliest slot is later.
What happens after you call.
The steps below are the normal order. The timing depends on the schedule and how urgent the situation is.
- We ask questions about what you have noticed and the type of building.
- We agree a visit time, same day where possible.
- A technician inspects the exterior and interior to find the species and the entry points.
- We explain what we found and the plan, then treat, seal and schedule follow-up.
If you already know the problem, such as noise overhead, you can read about attic and crawl space cleanup or garage and basement rodent control before calling. It is not required, but it helps you describe what you see.

How to describe your street.
Give the street name and the nearest cross street or landmark. Mention which side of the house is closest to a creek, a wooded lot, or Old Town's Historic District.
Tell us the house type if you know it: an older Old Town home, a mid-century build, or a newer construction closer to the city's edge. Older homes can hide activity behind settled gaps, and larger properties may have several structures to check. This helps us bring the right materials.
What we will not ask you to do.
You do not need to handle droppings or set your own traps before we arrive. Please do not sweep or vacuum dry droppings, and keep pets and children away from the area. Do not spread loose poison, since it puts animals and children at risk.
